What's a typical day? You'll be:
o Responsible for delivering significant best value suppliers, contracts, and executing category/regional strategies.
o Supporting strategic planning, value delivery, continuous improvement, internal stakeholder management, and facilitation of supplier management activities on a global basis and interacting with multiple SBUs, geographies, and work cultures.
o Leading category sourcing activities with the goal of achieving significant cost reductions while maintaining/improving product quality.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
o Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
o Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
o Have a balance of strategic and operational capacities, including global sourcing, supplier management, and commodity risk management.
o Are experienced in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
o Have experience in advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
o Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
o Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, particularly at the management level and influence change.
o Can successfully manage complexity and juggle multiple priorities.
o Have experience negotiating complex agreements, building category cost models, and monitoring market trends.
o Can work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
o Possess a global mindset with experience working in an international/multi-cultural matrix environment.
o Have personal drive, high energy, strong teaming skills, collaborative and commitment to continuous professional growth.
